BUMACO Recognized with Honorary Award at Insurance Day 2025

During the Insurance Day celebrations held in Arusha on Friday, June 20, 2025, Bumaco Insurance was honored with a prestigious Hall of Fame Honorary Award presented by the Institute of Insurance Tanzania (IIT) in collaboration with the Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA).
This special award was given in recognition of Bumaco’s remarkable journey and achievements as a homegrown Tanzanian insurance company. Starting as an insurance agency, Bumaco has grown steadily to become a fully-fledged insurance firm, symbolizing resilience, professionalism, and national pride.
The award was received on behalf of shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the company at large by Dr. Rogathe Mshana, who expressed gratitude on Bumaco’s behalf and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to excellence in providing reliable insurance services across Tanzania.
This milestone underscores the vital role that indigenous insurance companies play in the development and expansion of the insurance sector in Tanzania.
