NOTICE OF CLAIM

Claims can be reported via various methods, including phone, fax, telex, letter, email, or in-person at our offices. Notifications must be sent within a specified policy period, such as 48 hours for motor insurance and business protector, and must be immediately written by the recipient.

CLAIM FORM

The claimant must fill and sign a claim form, regardless of timely notification, to establish insurance coverage and if the loss falls within the scope of cover. They must also provide provisions for outstanding claims and enter the details in a computer.
